RGI: Beyond The Blotter - Volume 3, Issue 1

Volume 3, Issue 1 of RGI: Beyond The Blotter was the first to take advantage of an expanded format and layout via Microsoft Publisher. The newsletter needed a new look - something that would grab attention. An existing template was modified, and the masthead became a vertical run down the left side of the page. This was also the first issue to make the jump to an 8 page layout. Also of note, while all of the newletters were produced in color, right from the outset, very few were actually PRINTED in color. The mass mailings were all black and white/greyscale from a large format laser printer.
